The Timelines illustrating the history of our village over a thousand year period, was produced by Joan Stevenson who had such a wonderful knowledge and understanding of the Village and of Leicestershire. Joan lived with her family at Beech Farm on the Main Street. Pam McMorran who lives at Chiangmai on the Main Street has continued to adapt and add as more members of the village recount their stories.

Village Scrapbooks - started by the WI. Lucille Thompson for many years, followed by Janet Neaverson until 2018 when Iris Sayer took over.

Village Magazines

These are printed ten months of the year and circulated to every household. The electronic versions have been posted on this site for several years. The Archives including the forerunner of the Village Magazine which was the Church Magazine are bound used to be deposited at Wigston at the County Records Office until 2012. Pam McMorran holds a full set which one day may be housed in All Saints Church.
